Shaken, but Not Disturbed

The earthquake on Taiwan's East Coast, and the one 25 years ago.

We’re mostly OK in Taiwan. Fatality has mercifully held steady at 9 dead, nearly 1,000 injured. While rescue efforts are underway for the partially collapsed buildings, the rest of us are going back to life, “as usual.” I wrote a quick post on my blog about the earthquake that happened yesterday, and how it compared to the one that devastated Taiwan in 1999.
